Now I ask, How is Your Belief?

Titus 1: 1-3 (New Living Translation)

1 This letter is from Paul, a slave of God and an apostle of Jesus Christ. I have been sent to bring faith to those God has chosen and to teach them to know the truth that shows them how to live godly lives. 2 This truth gives them the confidence of eternal life, which God promised them before the world began -- and he cannot lie. 3 And now at the right time he has revealed this Good News, and we announce it to everyone. It is by the command of God our Savior that I have been trusted to do this work for him.

We must remember that above all we are Christians and children of the most High King.  Yes, we are citizens’ of the United States of America, but we must remember that we are children of the Father first.
We must continue to behave in this manor and make our Poppa proud and happy with us.
The very first thing to do is to pray for our President and the rest of the people that govern this country.  We should ask for their salvation and for them to govern us as God would have this great country to be governed, not as man would govern, but by following the edicts and the teaching of Christ.
As is stated in a portion of this letter above, written by Paul, so many years ago, “God has chosen and to teach them to know the truth that shows them how to live godly lives.”
So let us not hinder, but uphold each other.
God has been good to us.  We must do as God instructs, and we must pray for wisdom, not only for ourselves but also for the leaders of our great country.
I am at a bit of a loss for words this morning, but I do know that the one thing we must not forget is that we are Christians and followers of Jesus Christ and we must behave in this fashion, and on this note, please go and be a blessing to someone today!

Titus 1:9 (New Living Translation) He must have a strong and steadfast belief in the trustworthy message he was taught; then he will be able to encourage others with right teaching and show those who oppose it where they are wrong.
